A transfusion device with an automatic transfusion bottle exchanging function comprises a transfusion bottle holder (1), a support bar (3), a base (4) and an automatic bottle changing device (2). On the bottle holder (1), hangs a plurality of transfusion bottles (5), and a gravity sensor (7) is provided at the transfusion port of each transfusion bottle (5). The automatic bottle changing device (2) comprises a switcher (22) and a controller (23), and the drain pipe (6) of each transfusion bottle (5) is connected to the switcher (22). The gravity sensor (7) of the transfusion bottle (5) measures the gravity signal of the drug liquid in the transfusion bottle (5) when one of the transfusion bottles (5) is used for transfusion of a patient, and the controller (23) detects whether the liquid in the transfusion bottle (5) is dripped off or not on the basis of the gravity signal. When the liquid in the transfusion bottle (5) is dripped off, the switcher (22) is controlled and automatically switched to the drainage tube (6) of an other transfusion bottle (5), so as to transfuse the patient using the liquid in the other infusion bottle (5).
