The present invention relates to a composite applicator (10) comprising a support (15) having an envelope (11) containing at least one shear thickening material (12), said envelope consisting of a film that can be stretched by a minimum of 10% of its initial surface and comprising, in the service position, a wall (13) having a composition (14) in contact with a surface to be treated.
