PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical solution injecting device capable of easily setting injection control data appropriate for a subject for radiography.SOLUTION: The medical solution injecting device 400 executes injection of a medical solution by a syringe driving mechanism 412 controlled/operated according to the injection control data set for each radiographic operation. However, if a request for automatic setting of the injection control data is input/operated, subject management data are obtained from radiography order data of an RIS (a radiology information system) 100, and the injection control data are generated and set based on the subject management data. If the subject management data cannot be obtained from the RIS 100, the subject management data are obtained from subject management devices 910 and 920. Accordingly, if the subject management data are properly registered in the radiography order data, the injection control data are generated based on the subject management data in the radiography order data.
