PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine solution administration device controlling an amount of solution at high accuracy with a compact configuration.SOLUTION: A main body 2 of a medicine solution administration device 1 is structured as follows: a magnet 68 is placed on a diaphragm 64 of an injection pump 44 a detection part 69 composed of a Hall element 67 is mounted in the vicinity of the magnet and a detection signal SD corresponding to a displacement width of the diaphragm 64 is generated in non-contact state by the Hall element 67. The main body 2 controls a voltage control signal CV to control the detection signal SD to feed back so as to come close to a target voltage, so that the displacement width of the diaphragm 64 is made close to a target distance to meet a unit discharge amount to a target discharge amount.
