To provide a medicinal solution administration device that can simply correctly perform discrimination whether or not a trial injection performed before administering a medicinal solution in a living body is performed normally.SOLUTION: An insulin pen 10 (medicinal solution administration device) has a needle cap 20, a needle part 30 and a pen-type body part 40. The needle cap includes a cavity 24 for covering a syringe needle 31 and protecting a needle tip end 31a, and capable of storing the insulin (medicinal solution) discharged from the syringe needle. The needle part includes a needle hub 32 with the syringe needle attached thereto, and connected with the needle cap removably. The body part holds a medicinal solution container 41 receiving the insulin, and is connected with the needle part removably.
