At least more than one raising hole(18) is formed penetrating in the upper side of the container body, and seeds are passed through the container body by the raising hole to be planted in the culture soil. At least more than one water hole(22) is formed penetrating in the lower side of the container body, and discharges water supplied to the container body. The water hole is covered by an adhesive sheet to be able to open. The water hole is covered by a filter. A bracket is installed under the filter, and fixes the filters in the state that multiple through-holes are formed. The adhesive sheet opening and closing the through-holes is adhered to the lower side of the bracket.
