PURPOSE: A producing method of packed kimchi, and a product thereof are provided to use deep sea water for salting vegetables for making the kimchi.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of packed kimchi comprises the following steps: removing inedible parts from vegetables, and washing processing deep sea water for controlling the salinity to obtain mineral water and the deep sea water with the controlled salinity washing seasoning ingredients, and mixing to obtain seasonings inserting the vegetables and the deep sea water with the controlled salinity into a salting tank, and salting the vegetables for 5-12 hours at 12-18 deg C washing the salted vegetables, and dehydrating and separately vacuum-packing the seasonings and the salted vegetables using a packaging container with separate spaces.
