To provide, for treatment of conditions responsive to Y receptor modulation such as obesity and diabetes, PYY analogs which are specific for the Y receptor subtype Y2 and importantly also display protracted pharmacokinetic properties and as such can be used in a dosing regimen with lower frequency of administration than PYY or PYY(3-36).SOLUTION: The invention relates to: PYY compounds that are selective Y2 receptor agonists and have the amino acid in the position corresponding to position 30 of hPYY(1-36) substituted with tryptophan； and derivatives thereof with a modifying group attached to the position corresponding to position 7 of hPYY(1-36).SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】肥満症及び糖尿病等のY受容体のモジュレーションに応答する状態の治療のための、Y受容体サブタイプであるY2に特異的であり、延長された薬物動態学的特性を示し、PYY又はPYY(3-36)より投与頻度が低い用量レジメンで使用できるPYY類似体を提供する。【解決手段】hPYY(1-36)の30位に対応する位置におけるアミノ酸がトリプトファンで置換された、選択的なY2受容体アゴニストであるPYY化合物、及びhPYY(1-36)の7位に対応する位置に連結された改変基を有するそれらの誘導体。【選択図】なし
