PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipet cartridge having a high water stop capacity and a pipet with a water stopping filter which is equipped with the pipet cartridge.SOLUTION: A pipet cartridge 1 comprises: a porous resin-sintered filter 15 and a housing 14 including a storage part 13 which includes the porous resin-sintered filter 15, a pipet connection part 11 which is located at one end, and a pipetter connection part 12 which is located a the other end. The porous resin-sintered filter 15 is a sintered body containing water absorptive polymer particles and thermoplastic resin particles. A content of the water absorptive polymer of the resin constituting the porous resin-sintered filter 15 is preferably not less than 2 mass% and not more than 15 mass%.
