PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying hydrogen gas to a supply target in various situations because it is possible to supply hydrogen gas from an emission surface having a constant surface, and utilize hydrogen effects in methods other than a method in which a human being drinks the hydrogen.SOLUTION: A hydrogen gas supply system comprises: a hydrogen liquid supply port 10a into which a hydrogen liquid including hydrogen is supplied； a hydrogen liquid filling layer 10 for extending the hydrogen liquid in a flat state； and a hydrogen liquid discharge port 10b for discharging the hydrogen liquid from the hydrogen liquid filling layer 10.
