PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply device supplying highly concentrated carbonated water or carbonated spring water with no gaseous carbon dioxide mixed in, without using a hollow fiber membrane which requires replacement accompanying clogging or membrane deterioration.SOLUTION: This supply device for carbonate water and carbonated spring water uses a pressure-resistant container capable of withstanding pressure of carbon dioxide or discharge liquid pressure of supplied water or hot water, uses a gas-liquid mixing shearing type gas-liquid mixer in mixture between the carbon dioxide and the water or hot water, supplies the carbon dioxide to an upper part inside the pressure-resistant container to form a carbon dioxide layer, supplies the water or hot water into a liquid inlet port of the gas-liquid mixer, makes the carbon dioxide of the carbon dioxide layer be taken in from an intake port of the gas-liquid mixer, discharges a generated carbon dioxide solution into the pressure-resistant container, generates a carbon dioxide solution layer in a lower part, makes the carbon dioxide layer of the upper part collect the insoluble carbon dioxide, is set with a liquid supply port of a discharge liquid pipe for discharging a liquid to the outside in a position in a bottom part of the carbon dioxide solution layer wherein there is only the carbon dioxide solution and at which the insoluble carbon dioxide does not arrive, and supplies the carbon dioxide solution.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は詰まりや膜劣化に伴う交換が必要な中空糸膜を使用せず、気体の炭酸ガスの混入無しに高濃度の炭酸水、炭酸泉を供給する供給装置を提供する。【解決手段】 供給する水や温水の吐液圧力や炭酸ガスの圧力に耐えられる耐圧容器を使用し、炭酸ガスと水や温水との混合には気液混合せん断方式による気液混合器を使用し、耐圧容器内上部に炭酸ガスを供給し、炭酸ガス層を作り、気液混合器の吸液口に水や温水を供給し、炭酸ガス層の炭酸ガスを気液混合器の吸気口より吸気させ、生成した炭酸ガス溶解液を耐圧容器内に吐出させ、下部に炭酸ガス溶解液層を生成させ、溶解しなかった炭酸ガスを上部の炭酸ガス層に回収させ、炭酸ガス溶解液層の底部で溶解しなかった炭酸ガスが届かない炭酸ガス溶解液のみとなる位置に外部へ吐液する吐液配管の給液口を設置し、炭酸ガス溶解液を供給する構造としたことを特徴とする炭酸水及び炭酸泉の供給装置。【選択図】図1
