PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress leakage of excrement in a spreading type disposable diaper for a baby whose weight is 3000 g or lower.SOLUTION: Provided is a spreading type disposable diaper for a baby whose weight is 3000 g or lower, comprising a longitudinal direction, a width direction and a thickness direction which are orthogonal to each other, and comprising a front girth region, an inseam region and a rear girth region. The disposable diaper comprises: an absorber； a pair of fixing members extending from the rear girth region toward outside of the width direction； a stretchable member around legs which is disposed outside of the absorber in the width direction and which is disposed along a pair of openings around legs which are formed when the pair of fixing members are fixed to the front girth region； and a target display part for indicating positions where the pair of fixing members are fixed in the front girth region.
