PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation panel that can minimize the seasonal and regional variations in plant cultivation to the utmost. SOLUTION: A plurality of holes 3 for inserting a stopper-formed plant supporters 4 are bored on a plate-shaped main body 2 and the one face is colored with white W or a light color, while the other face is colored with black B or a deep color whereby the colored cultivation panels are provided. Resultant cultivation panels 1 are turned so that the W face or the light colored face of high reflection ratio may be turned upward under the conditions where the sunshine is insufficient.
