PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable light reflection device for cultivation, capable of applying the plant cultivation by an elevated cultivation bed and of easily selecting an optional reflection angle with a simple configuration, and to provide a cultivation method using the device.SOLUTION: The movable light reflection device for cultivation 1 comprises: a light reflective surface member 2 for cultivation in which a first side border 3 is installed to the side 102 of the elevated cultivation bed 100 a plurality of support bar materials 5 which push upward and support a second side border 4 facing the first side border 3 of the light reflective surface member 2 and a linear member 6 which is provided along the lengthwise direction of the bed 100 and is interlocked to the support bar materials 5.
