PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation device capable of uniformizing photon flux density emitted on whole plants planted in cultivation tanks mounted on a mounting part of a cultivation rack.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation device comprises lighting devices 5 arranged above a mounting part which mounts cultivation tanks thereon, with an interval on a cultivation rack. The lighting device 5 comprises: a picture frame-shaped frame 15； a plurality of LED lamps 16 attached to the frame 15 freely detachably； and a plate-like reflection member 17 which is detachably attached to the frame 15 so as to position above the LED lighting lamp 16, and of which reflection surface faces downward. At portions of the frame 15 of the lighting device 5 which are above the LED lamp 16 and closer to right-left both side edges, reflection member fitting grooves 28 which extend in front and rear directions, are open in an inward directions of the frame 15, and into which the right-left both side edges of the reflection member 17 are fitted, are formed, respectively.
