PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmological device which can display information under a configuration being suitable for the light environment.

SOLUTION: This ophthalmological device 1 judges whether the brightness of the devices surroundings is not more than a threshold value or not by referring brightness information in environmental information indicating the light environment of the devices surroundings. When the brightness is judged to be not more than the threshold value, the ophthalmological device 1 classifies a plurality of information being included in medical information 32b into the first group and the second group conforming to classification information 32a. Then, the ophthalmological device 1 displays the gradation information of picture elements of the information which has been classified under the first group on a display section 41 by inverting the gradation information, and at the same time, displays the information which has been classified under the second group on the display section 41 as it is.
