PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsifier preparation having the same effect obtained by dissolving in water or homogeneously mixed in a state of powder with an object substance. SOLUTION: This emulsifying agent preparation is composed of powder of an emulsifying agent having >=40 deg.C melting point and powder of a water-soluble substance and either one power thereof is fine powder containing >=60 wt.% particles having >=1 &mum and <=15 &mum particle diameter and the other powder contains >=60 wt.% particles having >=20 &mum and <=100 &mum particle diameter and becoming a core and the purpose is attained by attaching the fine powder to the powder becoming the core.
