PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cooling device capable of shortening a time necessary for continuously implementing vacuum cooling.SOLUTION: In a vacuum cooling device including a processing tank 2 accommodating a cooled object, a vacuum generation device 1 sucking a gas in the processing tank, a heat exchanger 4 for cooling the gas sucked by the vacuum generation device, and a drainage tank 6 connected to the heat exchanger 4 by a drainage discharge passage, cooling the cooled object by forming a vacuum inside of the processing tank 2, and storing the generated drainage in the drainage tank 6, a drainage tank cutoff valve 5, a processing tank vacuum release device for releasing a vacuum in the processing tank, and a drainage tank vacuum release device for releasing a vacuum in the drainage tank are disposed on the way of the drainage discharge passage connecting the heat exchanger 4 and the drainage tank 6. In releasing the vacuum in the processing tank and the drainage tank 6, vacuum release is independently implemented in the processing tank and the drainage tank by the processing tank vacuum release device and the drainage tank vacuum release device in a state of cutting off the drainage discharge passage by the drainage tank cutoff valve 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
