The present invention consists of a scarer device able to frighten animals, comprising a sealed box (1), at least one solar panel (2) rendered integral with the upper face of the box, at least one sound emission means (9) integral with the overall structure and placed under immersion opposite or on the lower face of the device, the box comprising inside: a direct current supply battery (9), linked to a regulator (5) itself linked to the solar panel(s), said regulator being able to regulate the charging and discharging of the battery； a programmable electronic circuit (6) linked to the regulator, said circuit comprising a sound production module (61) linked to the sound emission means； the electronic circuit comprising a daytime operating module (60) linked to the solar panel, said module being able to deactivate the sound production module (61) during nighttime periods.
