PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for taste sensation adjustment such as continuous enhancement of taste sensation by electrical stimulation.SOLUTION: A taste sensation electrical stimulation device 20 comprises: an anode electrode 23 installed on the scruff 10 of a person 1 a cathode electrode 25 installed near the tongue and a stimulation signal generating part 21 which impresses an electric signal of a DC component between the anode electrode 23a and a cathode electrode 25. The stimulation signal generating part 21 outputs a continuous rectangular wave signal with a predetermined frequency.
