PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving coil capable of taking an image without reducing reception sensitivity of signals from a subject to be tested not wearing an oxygen mask or the like while capable of being installed around a subject to be tested wearing an instrument such as an oxygen mask or the like when MRI images are taken.SOLUTION: The receiving coil is for use in a magnetic resonance imaging device for detecting NMR signals of the subject to be tested placed in a magnetostatic space. The receiving coil includes: a first structure and a second structure different from the first structure.
