The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing boiled and fried chicken with plenty of juice and boiled chicken made by using the same. According to the present invention, the method includes: a boiled chicken manufacturing step (S100) of manufacturing boiled chicken by preparing and heating raw chicken； a frying ingredient preparation and measurement step (S200) of preparing ingredients, which are used to coat the boiled chicken, and then, measuring the ingredients at a predetermined weight ratio to fry the chicken； a frying step (S300) of coating the surface of the chicken with the ingredients, and then, frying the chicken in oil； and a cooling and oil-removing step (S400) of taking the fried chicken out of the oil, and then, cooling the chicken while removing the remaining oil from the surface of the fried chicken to manufacture boiled and fried chicken.
