PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extracted liquid containing a useful component from stem, root, leaf and seed of Moringa belonging to Moringaceae and to provide a low molecular vegetable oil.SOLUTION: The dried sterilized powder of the stem, root, leaf and seed of the Moringa is obtained by permeating a natural mineral ion-containing pineapple enzyme fruit juice liquid to the stem, root, leaf, seed of the Moringa to impregnate and thereafter, treating in a super heated vapor drying and sterilizing device and pulverizing. The useful component-extracted liquid is obtained from the powder with a hot water extraction liquid using a normal method. The low molecular vegetable oil is obtained by a compression extraction of the seed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】ワサビノキ科に属するモリンガの茎・根・葉・種子からの有用成分を含有する抽出液及び低分子植物油の提供。【解決手段】モリンガの茎・根・葉・種子に、天然ミネラルイオン含有パイナップル酵素果汁液を浸透・含浸させた後、過熱蒸気乾燥殺菌処理装置にて処理し、これを粉砕してモリンガの茎・根・葉・種子の乾燥殺菌粉末とする。この粉末から常法による温水抽出液にて有用成分抽出液を得る。また、種子の圧搾抽出により低分子植物油が得られる。【選択図】なし
