PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for utilizing leaves and stems of peanut, a member of genus Arachis, family Leguminosae, of which antioxidant activity or polyphenol has not been disclosed specifically.SOLUTION: Provided is an antioxidant mixture containing a multi-component liquid without isolation/adjustment, which liquid is obtained by grinding leaves and/or stems of peanut plant.
