PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety, convenience and comfortability in use of a carry cart by automatically directing wheels straightforward and stabilizing the wheels straightforward when hands are released from a steering wheel in the carry cart.SOLUTION: The mechanism includes a first engaging member 21 mounted in a steering wheel operation transmission member 9 and a second engaging member 22 mounted in a leg frame 2 and a biasing means 23 for biasing the first engaging member 21 so as to force these engaging members 21, 22 mesh with each other in a prescribed meshing position when the first engaging member 21 shifts from the prescribed meshing position with respect to the second engaging members 22.
