Preparing cold coffee milk drinks comprising brewed coffee and milk and flavoring agents, comprises: (a) adding the flavoring agents in the fat content of standardized milk, with the exception of coffee and mixing into a milk drink; (b) pasteurizing the milk drink from the step (a) as a component A at a temperature of 120-130[deg] C and immediately cooling to a storage temperature of 6-12[deg] C; (c) mixing desired green coffee or coffees mixtures at a temperature of 180-220[deg] C, preferably 190-200[deg] C, roasting and grounding; and (d) brewing the coffee beverage in a brewing process at 85-95[deg] C. Preparing cold coffee milk drinks comprising brewed coffee and milk and flavoring agents, comprises: (a) adding the flavoring agents in the fat content of standardized milk, with the exception of coffee and mixing into a milk drink; (b) pasteurizing the milk drink from the step (a) as a component A at a temperature of 120-130[deg] C and immediately cooling to a storage temperature of 6-12[deg] C; (c) mixing desired green coffee or coffees mixtures at a temperature of 180-220[deg] C, preferably 190-200[deg] C, roasting and grounding; (d) brewing the coffee beverage in a brewing process at a temperature of 85-95[deg] C, removing the coffee beverage at an outlet temperature of 75-85[deg] C and then pasteurizing at a temperature of 120-130[deg] C during a time period of less than one minute; (e) immediately cooling the coffee beverage from the steps (c) and (d) as component B at a storage temperature of 6-12[deg] C; and (F) immediately mixing the milk drink and the coffee beverage in a desired mixing ratio of component A to component B, before filling process. An independent claim is included for coffee milk drinks prepared by the method.
