CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a latte drink containing Hovenia dulcis fruit comprises the following steps: adding milk into coffee to obtain the latte drink； and adding the Hovenia dulcis fruit component, syrup, and walnut powder into the latte drink. The latte drink contains 10-50 parts of milk by weight, 1-10 parts of syrup by weight, 1-10 parts of walnut powder by weight, and 1-20 parts of Hovenia dulcis fruit component by weight selected from a Hovenia dulcis fruit extract and Hovenia dulcis fruit powder for 100 parts of coffee by weight.
