" In underground pressurized water systems the sampling of water and the release of air is required. In this invention a hollow structure is partially buried in the ground with a fitting installed at the base. The exterior end of the fitting is connected to the underground water system. Connected to the interior end of this fitting are the sampling controls. These sampling controls can be operated or accessed through top end of the hollow structure. The sampling controls facilitate the sampling or release of the material in the system. The hollow structure and fitting permit the connection/disconnection of sampling controls from the water system and removal from within the hollow structure for repair or replacement."
