PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial leather which does not have a sticky feeling as a real leather does, has a dry touch, is unlikely to become hot in sunlight even if it is black or deep in color, and is excellent in fading resistance.SOLUTION: The artificial leather comprises a substrate layer, a resin layer provided on the substrate layer; and an outermost surface layer provided on the resin layer. The resin layer contains hygroscopic fine particles and an infrared ray reflection pigment. The outermost surface layer contains 0.2 g/mor more and 1 g/mor less of the hygroscopic fine particles.
