PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white asparagus raising bag which is placed on a sprout by germination to efficiently raise a white asparagus excellent in quality.SOLUTION: A raising bag 1 is formed by self-standing materials a light shielding degree of which is 99% or more to etiolate an asparagus that germinates and grows, and which has moisture permeability. An auxiliary tool 21 with an insertion piece 26 is fittingly inserted into an opening 2 of the raising bag 1 and the insertion piece 26 is stuck in the ground surface to make the raising bag stand covering a sprout of the germinating asparagus to keep a shading state so as to obtain a white asparagus. The raising bag preferably has a moisture permeability of 100 g/m24 hr or more when being measured in accordance with the cup method of JIS Z0208 (40°C), and formed by a paper, a fabric, a non woven fabric or a processed sheet that is prepared by using the paper, the fabric, or the non woven fabric.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14【課題】立茎栽培において、萌芽してくる新芽に被せて品質の良好なホワイトアスパラガスを効率的に得ることができるようにする。【解決手段】萌芽、伸長するアスパラガスを軟白化させるように遮光度を99%以上とし、透湿性を有する自立性の材料で育成袋1を形成する。この育成袋1の開口部2に、挿入片26を設けた補助具21を適宜に取付け、挿入片26を地表面から差し入れて、萌芽するアスパラガスの新芽の上を覆うように育成袋を立設して遮光状態を保ち、ホワイトアスパラガスを得る。 この育成袋は、その透湿度がJIS Z 0208のカップ法(40℃)により100g/m2・24h以上であるようにするとよく、紙、布、不織布又はこれらを加工した加工シートによって形成される。【選択図】図14
