PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anastomosis device capable of simply and quickly performing anastomosis work of the hollow organ.SOLUTION: A first projection part 11 of a first body 10 is projected from the vicinity of a shaft center of a stapler 12 in the distal direction. A first magnet 13 is attached to the vicinity of the distal end of the first projection part 11. A drive section 14 moves the first magnet 13 toward the distal end of the first projection part 11. A second projection part 21 of a second body 20 is projected in the direction of crossing with a surface of a flange 22.
