PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow soft lure with a hard lip which has an advantage of superior underwater operation performance by a hard lure with a hard lip and an advantage of superior hooking performance by a soft lure with a fishhook on the surface of a body formed with a hollow soft material, and which also makes resistance force against water flow compatible with avoidance ability against underwater obstacles.SOLUTION: The soft lure of the present invention includes: a hollow soft lure body 20 formed with a soft material and a hard lip 30 composed of a hard material fixed in the front of the soft lure body 20. The hard lip 30 is fixed to the soft lure body 20 so as to be elastically energized by turning upward or downward with the fixed part as a fulcrum. The hard lip 30 is fixedly inserted in a horizontally extended recessed part 21 that is arranged in the front of the soft lure body 20.
