The intermediate portion of the introduction portion comprises expandable means (8, 9) configured to at least partially increase the volume of said intermediate portion (6) so that at least one section (Si) of the intermediate portion is expanded in an expanded state with respect to the section (Sr) at the same location of said intermediate portion in the rest state.
