The present invention relates to a recombinant microorganism for producing anthraquinone-O-glucosides into which glycosyltransferase (YjiC) derived from Bacillus licheniformis DSM 13 is introduced； and a method for producing anthraquinone-O-glucosides by adding anthraquinone as a substrate in a step of culturing the microorganism. The present invention has an effect of producing an anthraquinone derivative in an environmentally friendly and inexpensive manner by an in vivo conversion method using recombinant E. coli expressing glycosyltransferase.본 발명은 바실러스 리체니포미스 DSM 13 유래의 글라이코실전이효소(YjiC)가 도입된 안트라퀴논-O-글루코시드 생산용 재조합 미생물 및 상기 미생물을 배양하는 단계에서 기질로 안트라퀴논을 첨가하여 안트라퀴논-O-글루코시드를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 글라이코실전이효소를 발현하는 재조합 대장균을 이용한 생체내 전환 방법으로 환경 친화적이고 저렴하게 안트라퀴논 유도체를 생산할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
