Topical pharmaceutical composition characterized in that it is an oil / water emulsion at a rate of 10/90 to 45/55 by weight comprising a combination of: (a) micronized methotrexate monohydrate from 0.05% to 2% by weight total composition； (b) alpha-bisabolol from 0.1 to 10% by total weight of the composition； (c) allantoin from 0.1 to 10% by total weight of the composition； and (d) pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.Composición farmacéutica tópica caracterizada porque es una emulsión de aceite/agua a una razón de 10/90 a 45/55 en peso que comprende una combinación de: (a) monohidrato de metotrexato micronizado desde el 0,05% hasta el 2% en peso total de la composición； (b) alfa-bisabolol desde el 0,1 hasta el 10% en peso total de la composición； (c) alantoína desde el 0,1 hasta el 10% en peso total de la composición； y (d) excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables.
