PURPOSE: An external use composition containing adenosylcobalamin and a method for treating a patient with minor atopic dermatitis are provided to effectively treat atopic dermatitis without side effects. CONSTITUTION: An external use composition for treating a patient with minor atopic dermatitis at over 2 to 10 scores of EASI(Eczema Area and Severity Index) contains adenosylcobalamin(coenzyme B12) as an active ingredient. The external use composition is a gel type in which adenosylcobalamin is encapsulated in liposome. The external use composition is topically administered at least four weeks.
