The present invention provides a use of a multivalent peptide composition in preparing an anti-inflammatory pharmaceutical product . The pharmaceutical product comprises an effective dose of the multivalent peptide composition and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier thereof. The multivalent peptide composition includes mediator 4 (IL-4), IL-6, IL-10, angiopoietin (ANG), IL-1[beta], IL-16, interferon-[gamma] (IFN-[gamma]), tumor necrosis factor-[alpha] (TNF -[alpha]), Granular cell-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), IL-12p70, hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), basic fibroblast growth factors (bFGF) and fibroblast growth factor-7 (FGF-7).
