An implantation device (100) comprises a valve prosthesis having a support frame (102) that is radially expandable from a compact configuration to an expanded configuration, the support frame having an outer surface and a longitudinal axis along an inflow-outflow direction and defining a central orifice about the longitudinal axis；a valve clasper (106) movably attached to the support frame such that during valve delivery, the valve clasper is movable relative to the support frame along the longitudinal axis and between a nesting position with the outer surface of the support frame and an engagement position with a native cardiac valve sinus wherein the valve clasper is physically separated from the support frame； anda delivery device comprising a control unit (250) and a track wire (150) having a proximal end attached to the control unit and a distal end for contact with the valve clasper.
