According to the present invention, provided are an artificial bait for fishing which can form a partition in a soft body and can perform fishing on a surface layer with buoyancy of a buoyancy unit including an air layer in the partition, and a manufacturing method thereof. To this end, the artificial bait of the present invention having a main body composed of a head unit, a body, and a tail unit comprises: wrinkled head and tail units； the body in which a plurality of circular plate partitions separately formed between the head and tail units are formed； and the buoyancy unit for forming a coating film to surround the whole main body so as to form the air layer between the partitions.본 발명에 따르면, 연질의 몸체에 격벽을 형성시키고, 이 격벽에 공기층을 포함하는 부력부의 자체 부력으로 표층 낚시가 가능한 낚시용 인조미끼 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다.이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명에서는 본체가 머리부와 몸체, 꼬리부로 이루어지는 인조미끼에 있어서, 주름진 상기 머리부와 꼬리부, 상기 머리부와 꼬리부의 사이에 원판 형태로 다수개의 격벽이 이격 형성되는 몸체와, 상기 본체 전체를 둘러싸도록 코팅막을 형성시켜서 상기 격벽들의 사이에 공기층이 형성되는 부력부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
