The present invention provides a rehabilitation apparatus for level-ground and slope walking, which comprises: a frame having a lower frame and lateral frames disposed at both sides of the lower frame； a link unit attached to the lateral frames to provide walking trajectory； a foot support attached to the link unit； a plurality of linear guide grooves formed on the lateral frame； and a guide member disposed on one end of the link unit and mounted on the linear guide grooves to move, wherein the linear guide grooves have different angles of inclination and the guide member provides a level-ground or slope walking trajectories to the foot support while moving along the linear guide grooves. The present invention provides a rehabilitation apparatus which can enable a user to receive rehabilitation treatment of slope walking as well as level-ground walking.
