PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for making it possible to perform appropriate treatment by effectively using a prepared scan pattern.SOLUTION: An ophthalmology laser treatment apparatus comprises: scan pattern selection means for selecting one of desired scan patterns from scan patterns stored in a memory change signal input means for inputting a signal for changing an arrangement of part of spots on the basis of the selected scan pattern, through a touch panel and scan pattern setting means for changing and setting the selected scan pattern on the basis of the signal input by the change signal input means. The scan pattern setting means comprises spot addition means for adding a spot to a position according to a spot arrangement rule of the selected scan pattern, on the basis of the signal input by the change signal input means.
