PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique for managing a disease state in a long term.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic information system of an embodiment includes a server and a plurality of ophthalmologic inspection devices capable of communicating with a server via a communication line. The server stores setting information for controlling the ophthalmologic inspection devices by the piece of patient identification information. The ophthalmologic inspection devices are installed in facilities different from medical institutions. The ophthalmologic inspection devices transmit patient identification information and device identification information to the server. The server searches for setting information on the basis of the patient identification information, and transmits the setting information on the basis of the device identification information.
