PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of easily acquiring a highly reliable eyeball model, and suitably performing simulation using the eyeball model.SOLUTION: An ophthalmological photographing device includes a measurement part, an eyeball model creation part, and a simulation execution part. The measurement part executes optical coherence tomography for a three-dimensional area of an eye to be examined including a range from a cornea front surface to a retina surface and acquires a data set. The eyeball model creation part obtains one or more parameter values on the eye to be examined by analyzing the data set acquired by the measurement part, and creates a three-dimensional eyeball model on the basis of the acquired parameter values.
