PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser surgical apparatus capable of suitably fixing an eyeball according to an eye to be operated.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic laser surgical apparatus includes an apparatus body including a laser irradiation optical system, which is an irradiation optical system for irradiating a target position with surgical laser beams, having a moving optical system for moving a laser beam spot three-dimensionally, and operates an eye to be operated, with laser beams through a laser irradiation port provided in the apparatus body.
