PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination method of adhesion between a ground surface and a ground surface layer capable of determining easily whether the adhesion of the ground surface layer is proper or not, even when being unfamiliar with a determination standard. SOLUTION: In this method for determining the adhesion between the ground surface 1 and the ground surface layer 2 by sticking a pulling piece 3 on the ground surface layer 2 covering the ground surface 1, and by pulling the pulling piece 3 in the separation direction, the pulling piece 3 includes a breaking part 4 to be broken by being pulled with a force corresponding to the determination standard of the adhesion, and propriety of the adhesion between the ground surface layer 2 and the ground surface can be determined by breaking of the pulling piece 3 before exfoliation of the ground surface layer 2 from the ground surface 1.
