PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic device capable of detecting radiation in a photograph area without complicating a structure of a photographing portion for photographing a radiation image, and to provide a radiographic system.SOLUTION: In the radiographic device, a radiation detecting section 62 includes: radiation detectors 60 which have a plurality of pixels having sensor portions 72 for generating an electric charge by irradiation of radiation or light converted from the radiation two-dimensionally arranged in a photograph area for photographing a radiation image, and output the electric charge accumulated in each pixel as an electric signal； and a plurality of sensor portions 146 which are stacked in the photograph area of the radiation detectors 60, and can detect the radiation or the light converted from the radiation.【課題】放射線画像を撮影する撮影部の構成を複雑化することなく、撮影領域内の放射線の検出を行うことができる放射線撮影装置、及び放射線撮影システムを提供する。【解決手段】放射線又は放射線が変換された光が照射されることにより電荷が発生するセンサ部７２を有する画素が放射線画像を撮影する撮影領域に２次元状に複数配置され、各画素に蓄積された電荷を電気信号として出力する放射線検出器６０の撮影領域に積層して放射線又は放射線が変換された光を検出可能なセンサ部１４６が複数設けられた放射線検出部６２を配置する。【選択図】図４
