PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image photographing apparatus, radiation image photographing system, and a program capable of avoiding unnecessary photographing resulting from deterioration of a scintillator.SOLUTION: A radiation detector 20 includes: a scintillator for generating light by being exposed to radiation by a CPU 58A a sensor part for generating electric charges by receiving light generated by the scintillator and a TFT substrate 30 on which a thin film transistor 10 is formed for reading the electric charges generated by the sensor part. Using strain gauges 46A and 46B provided in predetermined positions in the radiation detector 20, amounts of strain in the positions are detected.
