A water tub type cleaning machine, comprising a tub body (100) having a washing surface (110), wherein the tub body (100) is recessed to form washing tubs, including a first washing tub (120) and a second washing tub (130); a water drain (200), detachably connected to the bottom of the second washing tub (130), wherein the second washing tub (130) and the sewer pipe are communicated by the water drain (200); and an electrolysis assembly (300), provided in the water drain (200) and connected to an external mains socket by wires. In the water tub type cleaning machine, an electrolysis assembly (300) is integrally disposed at the bottom of a washing tub to wash mud and sand, pesticides and other chemical substances from the surfaces of fruits and vegetables, ensurung that the surfaces of fruits and vegetables are clean and sanitary and improving eating safety thereof.
