A tomography equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention is capable of obtaining an accurate image of a subject by preventing a main body from floating by using a brake device. The tomography equipment includes: the main body which is placed so that the main body is capable of rotating and takes a tomographic image of the subject； a base frame which supports the main body； a rail unit which is installed on the outer surface of the main body； and the brake device which is installed in the base frame and brakes the main body. The brake device includes: a lever unit which is installed so that the lever unit is capable of rotating on a rotating axis； and a wedge unit which is connected to one side of the lever unit and has both sides that are tapered. The inner surface of the rail unit is tapered in order to correspond to the outer surface of the wedge unit.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단층촬영장치에 의하면, 브레이크 장치에 의해 본체의 유동을 방지되도록 함으로써 피검사체에 대한 정확한 이미지를 획득할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단층촬영장치는, 회전가능하게 구비되어 피검사체를 단층촬영하는 본체, 상기 본체를 지지하는 베이스 프레임, 상기 본체의 외측면에 장착되는 레일부, 상기 베이스 프레임에 장착되어 상기 본체를 제동시키는 브레이크 장치를 포함하고, 상기 브레이크 장치는, 회전축을 중심으로 회전가능하게 구비된 레버부 및 상기 레버부의 일측에 연결되고, 양측면이 테이퍼되도록 구비된 웨지부를 포함하고, 상기 레일부의 내측면은 상기 웨지부의 외측면에 대응되도록 테이퍼되게 형성된다.
