PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing wet from surface of the fruit vegetables and fruits is provided to remove wet from the surface of fruit vegetables and fruits without damaging the fruit vegetables and fruits. CONSTITUTION: A transfer uni(20) transfers the fruits and fruit vegetables by installing the frame(11). A cleaning cloth transfer unit transfers the cleaning cloth(30) to the transferring direction or the reverse direction of the fruit. A cleaning unit(50) is installed closed to the cleaning cloth transfer unit and washes the cleaning cloth. A drying unit(60) dries the washed cleaning cloths by installed in the frame. The transfer unit comprises a plurality of transferring rollers(21) installed in the frame and a first driving part(22) is included for running the transferring rollers. The cleaning cloth transfer unit comprises a transfer sprocket(45) installed at first supporting shafts(41,42) which are installed in the sub-frame(12) to rotate the transferring rollers.
